Track 2 Fiqh Class by Sh. Muhammad Mahmoud

Begins October 5th | Every Monday between Maghreb and Isha |  Explore the essential rulings of Islamic Fiqh and learn how to apply them in our daily lives.  This class will deepen your understanding of Islamic practices and help you worship Allah SWT with knowledge, confidence and sincerity. 

Prerequisite: Applicants must meet one of the following:
  • Have studied Fiqh of Worship at an introductory level in any school of thought. 
  • Have a recommendation from a current or previous teacher.
  • Score 80% or higher on the placement assessment.

I hereby acknowledge, agree, and confirm my understanding of the activities offered at the Muslim American Society. 

I affirm that I am, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in these activities. I willingly ACCEPT ALL RISKS associated with these activities. 

Accordingly, I release, discharge, and agree not to sue, bring a claim against, or hold liable the Muslim American Society, including its administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises where the activity occurs. 

This release encompasses all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages that may arise due to negligence on the part of the mentioned parties or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations.  

Additionally, I agree that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, a claim is made on my behalf against any of the aforementioned parties, I will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless each of them from any expenses, attorney fees, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs incurred as a result of such a claim.
